The last Board of Directors meeting was held on:
Tuesday, May 3rd, 2011.
Due to lack of quorum on the Board of Directors, a meeting could not be held, however a meeting is tentatively scheduled to occur in March 2012.
The current Board Member shall appoint another Board Member for the purpose of obtaining quorum.

The Board of Directors would like to form a Building Improvement Committee to work closely with the Board on the upcoming Balcony Restoration project. Committee members will be tasked with the review, evaluation and submission of recommendations regarding this project as well as other projects pertaining to the building and grounds.
If you would like to become part of this committee, please complete a Committee Volunteer form and return to the Front Desk or Management [via fax (949-450-4352), or email (mvidal@actionlife.com)] by Monday, May 21st for consideration. The Board will review all submissions and appoint members at the upcoming meeting on May 22nd. A hard copy of this form has been mailed to homeowners however additional forms may be obtained at the Front Desk.

C-2. Common Area Safety
a. Santa Monica fire regulations restrict use within the interior Common Areas.
1. Absolutely nothing shall be placed on hallway floors, stair landings or stairwells, or any other Common Areas, except as permitted by both the Fire Department and the Board.
2. Smoking is not permitted within the Building Common Areas. Unit hallway doors shall be kept closed at all times to prevent smoke from entering the hallway.
3. Corridor doors shall be opened only for passage
b. Water Delivery: Residents who have bottled water service should arrange to have it delivered when they are at home. Water bottles may be left in the halls only on delivery days. Nothing shall be stored in the hallways.
c. No baby carriages, bicycles, or shopping carts shall be left in the lobby, passageways, or elevators.
d. Children: Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult Resident or guest when in any part of the Common Areas.
e. It is the right and duty of each Resident to question the presence of any person who appears to be trespassing and/or advise the Manager or guard personnel of the situation
